Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as all orders are processed immediately. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged. Once payment is processed, the order is already in progress and will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.


Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the delivery date (based on tracking) to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at info@trybiome.me. We will provide instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted

Damaged Items

Any damaged item claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery, with photo evidence. Without photos, resolution will be handled at our discretion.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time


Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for returned packages until they are received by us.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be 80% of the product subtotal.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If an order is returned due to incorrect address:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Risk of Loss

All purchases are made under a shipment contract.
Responsibility transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


General Information

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Skin reactions

Please review ingredients before purchase.

Reshipments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Subscriptions

Subscriptions follow the same policies.

To cancel a subscription:

  • Email info@trybiome.me

  • Include your order number

  • Request cancellation before billing date

If canceled after renewal:

  • The current order will still ship

  • Future orders will be canceled


Free Gifts

We may offer free gifts as part of promotions.

Please note:

  • Only one free item per order is allowed

  • Multiple free items added will not all be honored


Shipping Protection

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable once the order is processed.

Coverage applies only to:

  • Lost packages in transit

  • Damaged packages

Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.


30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on selected products.

Conditions:

  • Return within 30 days of delivery

  • No more than 2 units used

  • Customer pays return shipping

If more than 2 units are used, the return falls under the standard 10-day policy.

Additional notes:

  • Photo evidence may be required

  • Only first-time purchases are eligible

  • Subscription orders are not eligible

We reserve the right to deny claims in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

trybiome reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
